Replacing a tired or sticky master switch is one of the cheapest reliability upgrades on a DC system. The MT018 is built for exactly that job: a 150 amp two-position rotary isolator that drops into the same panel opening and gives a clean, positive break between the battery and everything downstream.
There is one dial movement to learn. ON closes the circuit, OFF opens it, and each end position has a machined stop so the contact cannot sit in limbo. For a boat that gets lent out, or a work vehicle used by several drivers, that simplicity removes a common source of flat batteries and unexplained dead circuits.
The switch is rated for 12 and 24 volt DC systems, carries a copper conductor assembly, and mounts through a flat fixing flange. Terminal studs accept conventional crimped ring lugs, so existing cabling can usually be reused when the rating matches.

Usually yes, provided the cable gauge suits 150A and the lugs are sound. Replace any lug that is corroded or double-crimped.
Yes, the rated window is 12V to 24V DC.
No. It isolates one circuit. Separately switched banks need a selector model.
Each end position has a detent stop, so normal vibration will not move it.
Custom housings and dial layouts can be made from your drawing or sample, agreed before production.
